Celebrities Get A Game Boy Micro
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association and "In Style" are going to be treating this year's Golden Globe presenters with a very lavish gift package that includes a "two-week excursion for an Antarctic Peninsula Adventure to Tasmania, Antarctica and New Zealand on a 54-cabin ship," a getaway package to a Napa Valley spa, a golden ring, a $500 leather belt, and amazingly enough, a 20th Anniversary Edition Game Boy Micro with Dr. Mario/Puzzle League game included.
All of these things total to a nice package of about $62,000 in gifts and vacations. It is however interesting to note that Nintendo of America deemed it fit to participate in this, what can only be called a promotional package. A complete list of the gifts can be found below.
